Start your meal with something fresh and vibrant like the Cranberry, Spinach & Goat Cheese Salad, featuring spinach, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, and creamy goat cheese, all tossed in a lemon honey vinaigrette. For a main course option, the Crab-Stuffed Steelhead is a perfectly roasted fillet filled with succulent crab and topped with a luscious lemon butter sauce.
